About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Monitor and report on customer and device information to ensure compliance with set standards
  • Dispatch replacement products and samples as needed
  • Communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

  • Native level of Dutch and a good level of English
  • Interest in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
