Salesforce and E-commerce Coordinator

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce and E-commerce Specialist, you will be integral in assisting our regional teams with their daily operations within the system. Your contributions will extend to pioneering initiatives, particularly in the global rollout of a new e-commerce platform for our Industrial Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-level support for inquiries related to integrated systems, collaborating with IT professionals as necessary to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Manage ad hoc reporting and dashboard requests efficiently.
  • Oversee and execute ongoing data maintenance and cleanup tasks.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes, while preparing and leading end-user training sessions.

Webshop Specific Duties:

  • Assist the EMEA and North American regions in implementing the new webshop through UAT, training, and data cleanup efforts.
  • Enhance user adoption by refining the user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and continuous usability improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and automate processes related to onboarding and offboarding, as well as the maintenance of customer accounts.
  • Regularly perform cleanup and maintenance tasks, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure product data availability for new product introductions or marketing campaigns.
  • Generate E-Commerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analytics to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in Salesforce is essential, with a preference for familiarity with SAP - SD/OTC.
  • A passion for troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities.
  • A creative mindset, capable of adapting swiftly to changing business requirements.
  • A proactive self-starter who excels in prioritization and follow-through.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
