Position Overview:

At Axalta, we are committed to leading the coatings industry through continuous innovation. Our advanced technologies safeguard our clients' products against various challenges, including heat, light, corrosion, and chemicals, while enhancing their aesthetic appeal with vibrant finishes.

As a Salesforce and E-commerce Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting our regional teams with their daily operations within the system. Additionally, you will contribute to exciting new projects, particularly the global rollout of a new e-commerce platform for our Industrial Business sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-line support for issues related to integrated systems, collaborating with IT specialists to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Manage ad hoc reporting and dashboard requests to meet business needs.
  • Oversee ongoing data maintenance and cleanup initiatives to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and bug fixes, and prepare comprehensive training for end-users.

Webshop Specific Duties:

  • Assist the EMEA and North American regions in implementing the new webshop, including UAT, training, and data cleanup activities.
  • Enhance user adoption by standardizing processes, creating documentation, and driving continuous usability improvements.
  • Supervise and automate tasks related to customer account onboarding and maintenance.
  • Execute regular data cleanup and maintenance tasks, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure product data availability for new launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Generate E-Commerce KPIs and analytics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in Salesforce, with a preference for familiarity with SAP - SD/OTC.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in prioritization and follow-through.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
