Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Logistics team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Logistic team in monitoring operational flows of third-party warehouses, including inbound, outbound, and return activities.
• Collaborate with shipping departments and external carriers to arrange deliveries and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the fulfillment process.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and provide export documentation for intercompany shipments.
• Generate Safety Data sheets in GHS tool and provide advise of delivery date or Proof of delivery.
• Review details of draft bill of lading before forwarders issue final version and provide export documentation to support custom clearance processes.

Requirements:

• Intermediate spoken and written knowledge of English.
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
