We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales & Marketing Finance Director to join our Finance organization. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for leading the financial oversight and strategic planning of our sales and marketing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development and management of budgets for the global sales and marketing departments.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial targets and long-term strategic goals.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify new business opportunities and connect with other business areas to develop business cases for new products.
  • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and presentations for the executive team.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve financial outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement advanced financial tools and systems to support data-driven decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in sales or marketing environments.
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing; Spanish is meritorious.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
