We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Trainee to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As an HR Trainee, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with recruitment processes, and contribute to general HR activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process for BCG's support departments, including end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams.
- Assist with general HR activities, such as vacation tracking, policy implementation, internal initiatives, and communication.
- Support the Career Development process and contribute to the growth and development of BCG's employees.
- Full proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics.
- Strong organizational skills, strong rigor, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to recognize and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods and manage stress effectively.
- Spanish University degree (completed).
- Master in Human Resources (valuable).
- Administrative equivalent work experience in an HR environment (valuable).
- Must hold a university degree, vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy.
- No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities).
- Must not have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships.
- Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required).
- Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
