About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team at Monte Carlo, the data reliability company. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in driving adoption and growth across our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Adoption and Growth: Proactively identify new use cases and opportunities for expansion, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our platform.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure they are leveraging Monte Carlo effectively.
  • Monitor and Analyze Customer Trends: Identify usage trends and potential renewal risks, developing strategies to promote greater adoption rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Support, Product, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Seasoned Customer Success Expertise: Proven track record of driving customer adoption and growth in a data-related field.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with data-related technologies and platforms, with the ability to analyze customer usage trends and develop strategies to promote adoption.
