About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SilverDoor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the serviced apartments and business travel sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify new business leads and opportunities
  • Develop and implement client acquisition plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics to senior management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure SilverDoor maintains a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and communicate SilverDoor's unique selling points
  • Ensure that all business development activities are conducted in an ethical and consultative manner
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in new business development, preferably in the serviced apartments and/or business travel sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B business development and a comprehensive knowledge of the serviced apartment industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
