- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with new developments and updates.
- Language Skills: Native level of French, with the ability to speak and write English fluently.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years customer services experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer focus and the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- IT Literacy: IT literate, with previous Salesforce knowledge an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Highly professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and telephone etiquette skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full-time and Part-time Positions: Full-time (9.00h) and part-time (13.30h to 18.00h) positions available, from Monday to Friday.
- Initial Training: 1 week of initial training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in the role.
- Salary: Full-time Salary 18.461,68€ gross / year.
- Hybrid Working Model: This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona, offering a great work-life balance and flexibility.
