Enterprise Security Group Strategic Sales Director EMEA

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Security Group Strategic Sales Director EMEA to lead our sales strategy for Broadcom's strategic customers in the EMEA region.

Role Summary

As the EMEA Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA
  • Driving retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement
  • Matrix managing and supporting a team of account directors aligned to these accounts
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management
  • Collaborating with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals
  • Coordinating forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries
  • Designing and developing sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target strategic customers
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferred: fluency in additional European languages and experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations
