About the Role

At Us Organization, we're committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes the transformative power of automation. We're seeking a highly skilled Transformation Sales Director to join our team and drive transformational deals with our most strategic customers in the Southwest region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position automation as a change lever for our customers' business, engaging at CxO level to understand their organization and how automation can accelerate transformation against their objectives.
  • Envision new possibilities, create disruptive commercial models, and build out bespoke strategic partnerships to drive customer-first solutions.
  • Lead high-functioning, cross-organization sales teams (in partnership with the Account Lead) relentlessly focused on our customers and their objectives.
  • Develop and execute complex, multi-cycle sales engagements across software, support, and services.
  • Build, inspire, and lead sales teams to drive strategic growth opportunities and deliver against targets.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to generate results in a matrixed organization, working with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Partner organizations.
  • Consultative sales experience in driving multi-faceted transformation deals.
  • Ability to influence, contribute, and collaborate with a wider team to drive impact.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Proven track record of delivering against targets.
  • Experience in positioning through to deal closure with both Business Decision Makers and IT decision Makers.
  • Customer-centric point of view.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
