The Director of Global Business Transformation at Reconocida Empresa is a strategic leader responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization. This role aims to create value for shareholders, clients, and associates by focusing on process improvement, cost reduction, and sustainable growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across all regions, utilizing proven techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Business Process Management Systems.
- Drive the company's digital transformation journey across EMEA, NORAM, LATAM, and APAC, including technology upgrades and client automation strategy.
- Provide strategic guidance and support the implementation of frameworks, methodologies, and tools for driving process excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and track progress, providing input for financial quarterly business review on savings achieved via digital transformation.
- Execute the company's Service Excellence/BPI/Digitization strategy within regions through cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all Service and Implementation managers are proficient in facilitating Kaizens and committed to process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor business performance and take adequate steps to correct shortfalls through Service Excellence/BPI initiatives and KPIs.
**Requirements:**
- Mature leadership skills and excellent financial acumen.
- Strong change management skills and ability to work collaboratively with operational leadership and represented workgroups.
- Effective coaching and mentoring in Business Transformation & Process Digitization.
