The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to customers via telephone, email, or web chat, and participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services
  • Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in the Customer Relationship Management system
  • Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies
  • Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information
  • Participate in additional special team or individual projects
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field
