About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping our future customers understand the power of our product for their businesses. With businesses trusting us with their electric charging infrastructure, we're experiencing rapid growth and are just getting started. You'll join a talented team focused on using technology to simplify people's lives.

You will:

  • Be responsible for the full-cycle sales process, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective and current customer deals
  • Evaluate opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and retention within a book of business
  • Deliver product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of our products
  • Work cross-functionally with Lead Generation, Account Management, and Presales Engineer teams
  • Be the voice of the customer to the product team
  • Help scale processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation, recruiting, and more
  • Find comfort in working in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead by example through perseverance, humility, and initiative
  • Delight every user with each interaction
  • Believe no task is too small, and no task is too tall

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of inside sales experience
  • Top performer in previous roles
  • Prior experience at Internet or SaaS companies is a significant plus
  • Passionate about revolutionizing the way people collaborate
  • Native level of either Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish
  • C1 level English
  • Eligible to work in the EU
