Mission and Key TasksThe Key Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a well-defined strategy for the BeNeLux region in the Retail channel and the Healthcare B2B2C channel.
- Managing a portfolio of customers within the region, including creating and implementing key account plans.
- Executing detailed customer and market assessments to identify opportunities for growth and strengthening our market position.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers at all levels of an organization.
- Meeting sales and margin targets set by the annual budget.
- Aligning forecasting and forecast accuracy with the demand manager.
- Analyzing sales and market data to develop new business opportunities.
- Managing market intelligence through regular store visits and communicating internally.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience of dealing with customers at all levels of an organization.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills, with knowledge of French an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical ability and ability to think strategically.
- Advanced Excel skills and PC literacy.
