The company has a global presence with 350+ employees and a strong portfolio of Enterprise clients. With an average deal size of $90,000 and a 3-6 month sales cycle, the company is well-supported by prominent venture capital backers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead and grow our client's sales efforts in Southern Europe. This is an opportunity to build and manage a newly established region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and expand a team of 4-5 sellers, with immediate plans to hire 3 additional team members.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Create and refine a repeatable sales playbook, positioning the company's offerings to prospective clients effectively.
  • Ensure that the sales proposition meets the needs of the target market.
  • Provide training, management, and ongoing development for the sales team.
  • Build, manage, and leverage data-driven insights from the team's new business pipeline.
Requirements

We need a seasoned sales professional with:

  • Extensive experience in strategic large enterprise sales within the Cybersecurity SaaS industry.
  • A proven track record of building partnerships with C-Level executives in target prospects.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in Spanish, Italian, and English.
  • Successful sales experience in the Cybersecurity field.
What We Offer

A competitive package around €300,000 with a 50/50 split between base and commission, plus stock options and benefits.
