Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead our IT Delivery Area & R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic IT programs that enhance the capabilities and performance of our R&D operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute strategic IT programs to improve R&D capabilities and performance
  • Collaborate with IT Business Partners to integrate business processes and leverage technology to meet business needs
  • Maximize R&D data analytics capabilities and align with Data Science departments
  • Direct the planning phase of IT projects and manage the IT portfolio for the respective business area
  • Oversee project execution and day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality solutions and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on performance metrics, development plans, and open communication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or closely related discipline
  • More than 8 years of experience in R&D application development, project management, and process design, with direct exposure to business
  • Experience leading teams and managing operational expense budgets
