Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our IT Delivery Area & Development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic IT programs that improve the capabilities and performance of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic IT Programs: Develop and execute IT strategies that align with our business objectives, improving our capabilities and performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
  • Manage IT Projects: Direct the planning phase of IT projects, manage the IT portfolio, and ensure that business objectives are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of IT professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Operational Management: Oversee project execution, day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience: More than 8 years of experience in IT application development, project management, and process design, with direct exposure to business.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams and managing IT projects.
