We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and execute strategic IT programs that improve the capabilities and performance of our Research and Development department. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for integrating business processes leveraging existing and new technology to meet specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Change through Technology: Serve as a point of contact with our IT Business Partner to translate business needs into effective and/or improved processes and/or technical solutions.
- Direct IT Project Planning and Portfolio Management: Manage team capacity to ensure that business objectives are met, resources are properly used, and risks are managed.
- Oversee Project Execution and Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure resources, either internal or external, are secured to meet business demands and ensure high levels of quality in solutions delivered.
- People Management: Monitor team performance, create development plans for each team member, and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
- More than 8 years of experience in R&D application development, project management, and process design, and system validation practices with direct exposure to business.
- Experience leading teams.
