We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our IT Delivery Area & Development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic IT programs that improve the capabilities and performance of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic IT Programs: Develop and execute IT strategies that align with our business objectives, improving our capabilities and performance.
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.
- Manage IT Projects: Direct the planning phase of IT projects, manage the IT portfolio, and ensure that business objectives are met.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of IT professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Operational Management: Oversee project execution, day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: More than 8 years of experience in IT application development, project management, and process design, with direct exposure to business.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams and managing IT projects.
