About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Technician to join our team at Liberty Specialty Markets. As an Operations Technician, you will play a critical role in processing the reinsurance portfolio from policy to financial processing of premiums and claims, as well as associated reporting. You will have the opportunity to gain in-depth expertise and work on the conception and introduction of efficient and innovative processes.

About the Responsibilities:
• Efficient and accurate booking of reinsurance settlements
• Monitoring of incoming payment transactions
• Correspondence and execution of the first step of the dunning process
• Regular reporting and close cooperation with the responsible underwriter and the claims team
• Entry and maintenance of contract data in our policy administration system
• Cooperation with colleagues in other locations
• Participation in projects for the digitalization and further development of the division
• Participation in cross-divisional initiatives and projects

Requirements:
• Successful completion of a commercial vocational training or business degree (Bachelor) preferably with a focus on accounting, finance, insurance or completed commercial training
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a very good understanding of data and figures
• Strong initiative and willingness to work on your own initiative
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to ensure successful collaboration
