Job Summary

Chubb is seeking an experienced Operations Technician to join our team in Madrid. As an Operations Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup and maintenance of user systems within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Own and maintain relevant systems, including template management, product and code mappings, and segment references.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of processes and adopt an ethos of continuous review to improve, error-proof, automate, simplify, clarify, and eradicate non-value process steps.
  • Manage Broker Network setup and maintenance, including granting new access, amendments, and access removal.
  • Manage and respond to general Broker correspondence within SLA.
  • Manage manual processing of system fall-outs within SLA.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the system landscape and review and identify inconsistencies to maintain data quality.
  • Keep current on all relevant product knowledge and be a subject matter expert.
  • Proactively gain and develop knowledge of all relevant lines of business to facilitate accurate processing.

Requirements

  • Fluent French or Dutch language skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
