We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Kaplan International Languages. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our language programs to students from around the world.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, flexible working policy, and a young and dynamic work atmosphere. You will be responsible for selling our language programs through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will also be expected to meet and exceed individual and team targets through your sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell language programs to students through phone, email, and live chat
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and product knowledge
  • Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems
Requirements
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and English (C2/C1 level)
  • In-depth experience of selling to markets in Spanish
  • Significant experience in telesales or direct sales role, preferably a minimum of 6-12 months
