**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll & HR Services Manager to lead our payroll operations and HR administration processes. This role will be crucial in centralizing and standardizing payroll processes across various regions within the organization, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering high-quality service to our employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Centralization of Payroll Processes**: Lead the consolidation and standardization of payroll processes across various regions within the organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • **Payroll Management & Operations**: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, together with the team running the monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
  • **HR Administration**: Manage and streamline HR administrative processes, including employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Provide hands-on practical support to the team in the HR administration process when necessary.
  • **Team Leadership**: Build and manage a high-performing payroll team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure operational excellence.
  • **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll and HR administration.
  • **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international payroll regulations and labor laws.
  • **Reporting**: Develop and maintain payroll reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and/or HR Administration, within a shared service center in a multinational environment.
  • **Skills**: Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration, excellent leadership and team management skills, proficiency in payroll software and HR systems, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
