Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Spain for an American multinational company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial B2B sales and a strong understanding of the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Spain
• Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the industrial sector
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in Spain
• Collaborate with technical teams to offer customized solutions to clients
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Analyze client needs and develop proposals that meet their requirements
• Supervise and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure
• Travel frequently within Spain for client meetings and industry events
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial B2B sales
• Experience in technical sales and market development
• Fluency in English
• Availability to travel 50% of the time within Spain
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-oriented with strong time management skills
Desirable
• Background in engineering studies
