Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Spain for an American multinational company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in Spain.
• Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the industrial sector.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in Spain.
• Collaborate with technical teams to offer customized solutions to clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Analyze client needs and develop proposals that meet their requirements.
• Supervise and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Travel frequently within Spain for client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial B2B sales.
• Experience in technical sales and market development.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to travel 50% of the time within Spain.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with strong time management skills.

Desirable

• Background in engineering studies.
• Experience in sensor sales or similar products.
• Capacity and motivation for continuous learning.
