Misión

El Controlling Leader Iberia es responsable de la gestión financiera de las Market Companies de España y Portugal, brindando apoyo al Director Financiero en estas áreas. Se requiere experiencia en gestión financiera, liderazgo y habilidades de comunicación efectiva.

Funciones y responsabilidades
  • Gestión de un equipo de dos personas: Controller de gastos y Key User del CRM.
  • Seguimiento de ventas netas y de la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias.
  • Participación en la consolidación de la información financiera de la Market Company.
  • Cálculo y seguimiento de descuentos comerciales, devoluciones, tasas a pagar al Estado, etc.
  • Realización de informes de seguimiento de ventas.
  • Monitorización continua de la cuenta de resultados por producto, marca, Business Unit y la General de la Market Company.
  • Preparación y realización de presentaciones acerca de los cierres mensuales de la Market Company de España.
  • Monitorizar y mejorar los procesos de control interno asegurando la consistencia y validación de la información financiera del área.
  • Ejercicios presupuestarios.
  • Gestión financiera y participación en los procesos de planificación, Budget, Forecasting y Business Planning a 5 años.
  • Elaboración de información y comentarios sobre las desviaciones de la Market Company de España versus Budget, Forecast, 5YFC.
  • Preparación de presentaciones para los ejercicios presupuestarios.
  • Coordinación de los ejercicios presupuestarios entre las áreas operativas y el área corporativa.
Requisitos
  • Licenciatura en Ciencias Económicas, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar.
  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en auditoría Big Four y mínimo 5-7 años en controlling.
  • Nivel avanzado SAP, PowerBI, Excel, Hyperion y Smartview.
  • Alto nivel de inglés (oral y escrito).
