Job Summary

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and EHS Supervisor to join its Property Management team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of corporate real estate projects, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate real estate projects, including renovation and maintenance activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide training and guidance to employees.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in strategic planning to drive environmental sustainability projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS or Facilities Supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English (C1) (other EU language is a plus).
