About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Facilities Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the maintenance and optimization of plant assets, including buildings and facilities, in accordance with established legal and safety requirements and plant policies.
- Monitor performance in accordance with established objectives and goals, and support the diagnosis of incidents and development of improvement action plans.
- Support the construction of new infrastructures and facilities, and the definition of new maintenance scopes.
- Manage works for new implementations or evolutions that impact infrastructure, buildings, energy supply, and facilities, within budgeted parameters.
About You

- High-level technical or advanced industrial engineering degree (mechanical, electrical).
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions, with a focus on facilities management and maintenance.
- Strong management skills, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions with a sense of urgency.
- Results-oriented and organized, with excellent planning and development skills.
- Operational efficiency, teamwork, transparent communication, and innovation are essential.
- Knowledge of buildings and general installations, office automation, monitoring and control equipment, and CMMS type tools for maintenance supervision.
