**Job Summary**
Alstom Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Site Facilities Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and good condition of our buildings and facilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and facilities, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.
- Supervise the execution of facilities management contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Develop and implement improvement action plans to optimize plant assets and reduce costs.
- Support the construction of new infrastructure and facilities, and define new maintenance scopes.
- Manage works for new implementations or evolutions that impact infrastructure, buildings, energy supply, and facilities.
**Requirements:**
- High-level technical qualification in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions, with a strong background in facilities management.
- Excellent management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure.
- Results-oriented and proactive, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and teamwork.
- Knowledge of CMMS type tools for maintenance service supervision, and experience with office automation and monitoring and control equipment.
