About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Facilities Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the maintenance and optimization of plant assets, including buildings and facilities, to ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
- Monitor performance in accordance with established objectives and goals, and develop and implement improvement action plans as needed.
- Support the construction of new infrastructures and facilities, and define new maintenance scopes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage works for new implementations or evolutions that impact infrastructure, buildings, energy supply, and facilities, within budget constraints.
About You

Requirements
- High-level Technician, Technical, or Advanced Industrial Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical)
- 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Management skills, including sense of urgency, decision-making, and prioritization
- Results-oriented and organized, with ability to plan and develop activities with order and method
- Operational efficiency, teamwork, transparent communication, and innovation
- Specific knowledge of buildings and general installations (compressors, air conditioning, electricity)
- Knowledge of office automation and monitoring and control equipment
- Knowledge of CMMS type tools for maintenance service supervision
