Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a skilled Facilities and EHS Supervisor to support our local office activities in Barcelona and other European subsidiaries. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of corporate real estate projects, ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulatory requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute corporate real estate projects, including renovation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure the upkeep and safety of company buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Lead collaborative EHS projects across EU operations sites, developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Manage contracts with service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on EHS matters to all stakeholders within designated areas of responsibility.
- Ensure emergency response plans are in place and aligned with local regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Participate in strategic planning to drive environmental sustainability projects.
- Maintain reporting for our ESG program.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS or Facilities Supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English (C1) (other EU language is a plus).
