Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement EHS Plans: Collaborate with Site Management and EHS Manager to develop and implement EHS plans that align with Alstom's guidelines and targets.
- Provide EHS Guidance and Support: Advise and support operational management in the implementation of EHS actions to achieve Alstom's EHS objectives.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Emergency Planning: Ensure EHS risk assessments are conducted and appropriate measures are defined to control risks at the site. Prepare, implement, and maintain emergency plans at site level.
- Monitor and Report EHS Performance: Monitor EHS performance, prepare and submit monthly EHS reports, and feed EHS Teranga reporting system in line with Group reporting requirements.
- Develop and Maintain EHS Management Systems: Develop, deploy, and maintain local procedures and tools applicable to the site specific for EHS Management System in line with EHS Management System and international standards.
- Education and Experience: University Engineer or Business Degree, University master's degree in Risk Prevention, and professional experience between 3 and 5 years in Environment, Health & Safety Dpt. in big industrial manufacturing site.
- Language and Skills: Fluent English level, good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001, ISO45001, and OHSAS18001, and deep knowledge of legal EHS requirements.
- Competencies and Skills: Responsible, dependable, and ethical, solid capable person with a strong initiative, ability to communicate at different levels, and ability to take decisions.
