Main Responsibilities

The Technical Support Coordinator will play a key role in providing technical assistance to our customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to Pre-Sales teams for residential and commercial PV projects.
  • Assisting customers with PV plant commissioning, monitoring, and debugging.
  • Delivering training sessions to customers and installers on our catalog equipment.
  • Conducting internal trainings for our sales team.
  • Developing alternative solutions for our clients within our portfolio.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry advancements and PV industry developments.
  • Ensuring compliance with Spanish regulations and certifications for PV installations.
  • Providing after-sales support to customers and coordinating with manufacturer's technical support.
  • Performing analyzes and sizing/layout calculations.
  • Drafting intervention and audit reports.
HSE, Quality, and Compliance

The Technical Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing business and stakeholders in accordance with industry best practices and Voltalia's compliance and policy.

Requirements include:

  • Fluent Spanish and conversational English.
  • FP degree or professional trainings.
  • 1-2 years of experience in PV design and installation.
  • Good knowledge of Spanish regulations applicable for PV installations.
  • Ability to work with IT tools (Excel, Word, PV design tools, CRM, ERP, etc.).
