POSITION OVERVIEW

In line with our ongoing growth initiatives, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Sales Account Executive. This role will be pivotal in nurturing and expanding our relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies, while implementing the sales methodologies established by our leadership team.
You will manage the sales process from the initial outreach to contract finalization, ensuring a strong and lasting relationship with clients. Additionally, you will engage in market research and build connections with senior executives and influential figures within the banking and financial services landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will effectively communicate and showcase Temenos solutions through a value-driven sales approach, crafting compelling business cases and conducting return-on-investment analyses to foster relationships at various organizational levels and ultimately close deals.
  • You will collaborate with client stakeholders to comprehend their strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities, articulating how Temenos can assist them in reaching their goals.
  • You will create value by partnering with both technical and non-technical leaders to support their transformation initiatives, demonstrating the commercial and technological advantages of our product offerings.
  • You will develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline while accurately forecasting quarterly revenues.
  • You will balance immediate quarterly outcomes with a clear focus on long-term strategic revenue opportunities.
  • You will formulate and execute account strategies that address both tactical and strategic prospects.
  • You will work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of the entire sales process, maintaining the highest standards of customer advocacy.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • You should possess extensive knowledge of the financial services sector, including its trends, challenges, and innovations.
  • You should have a proven history of success in selling complex SaaS solutions, preferably in core banking, to the financial services industry.
