About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profit for our assigned customer base with our existing product portfolio and driving product development from the introduction phase on.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers to promote brand awareness and secure profitable relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Management teams to maintain a trustful and healthy working environment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Requirements
- Education in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field.
- Customer orientation and result-driven approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and high-level English language proficiency.
