We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven sales professional to manage sales in the South of Spain territory, handle specialty or complex accounts, and drive the sales of Norit products.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Territory Management: Manage sales territory and sell Norit products to generate target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from the customer base.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong customer relationships and foster a deep understanding of individual customer and overall portfolio profitability.
- Complex Sales Negotiations: Effectively communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers, educating them on new products and product enhancements.
- Market Opportunity Identification: Identify new market opportunities and target builds, seeking out competitive information and establishing processes for accurate budget and forecast information.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and technical guidance to other representatives in the area, assisting management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve corporate strategies.
- Responsible Care Management: Support efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001 technical specification.
- Customer Relationship Management: Consistent use of CRM tools, maintaining an up-to-date Sales Funnel utilizing ComStrat, Balance of Power, and ENS negotiations preparation documents.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of science.
- Experience: Five or more years of experience in sales, preferably in activated carbon, filtration and purification technologies, food additives, or water treatment.
- Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
- Customer Relationship Skills: Skill in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Results-Driven Professional: Results-driven and business savvy professional who is able to recognize new business opportunities.
