About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Minacs. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach a list of potential accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present our products and services in a clear and concise manner, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any objections.
- Track and manage sales pipeline development, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with customers.
- Achieve quota targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
- Efficiently handle commercial correspondence and communicate customer feedback to relevant parties.
Requirements:
- Bilingual or proficient in Spanish and intermediate in English, with Catalan being a plus.
- Experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong sales and customer-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work towards objectives, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Self-confident, forward-thinking, and able to respond quickly to changing circumstances.
What We Offer:
- A full-time contract with 39 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
- A competitive salary of 18,500 euros gross per year, plus up to 6,000 euros gross per year in bonus.
