Key Responsibilities- Analyze business rules and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market and segment-specific analyses, uncovering insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop expertise in business and compensation rules to fully understand how Sales operates.
- Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles and compensation plans.
- Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales teams.
- Collaborate with various business units to drive productivity and headcount scenario analyses.
- Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).
- 5+ years of work experience in either Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics.
- Effective communicator who can break down complex technical concepts into simple business vernacular.
- Ability to write SQL queries to extract data needed for analysis.
- Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker).
- Familiarity with databases and the differences between relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to navigate Salesforce with relative ease.
