**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Specialist to join our team at European Satellite Services Provider. As a User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage user registrations and provide assistance with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Develop and maintain helpdesk documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of user support processes and policies
  • Collaborate with the IT department and external providers to administer and evolve the EGNOS Helpdesk ticketing tool
  • Elaborate and publish monthly performance reports and maintain user notifications

**Requirements:**

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good autonomy and initiative
  • Able to synthesize complex information
  • Team player spirit
  • Experience in user interfaces and reporting
  • Experience in helpdesk/service desk services
  • Basic web layout design and administration
  • Good knowledge of GNSS and EGNOS services and applications

**Language:** English (C1) – CEFR and Spanish (desirable)

**Education:** Engineering degree or equivalent

**Experience:** At least 1 year in the satellite navigation domain or relevant application market segment
