Position Overview

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and overseeing all facets of Continuous Excellence at Centrient Pharmaceuticals Spain, focusing on its activities and projects. This role will significantly contribute to the site strategy and policies, particularly in the realm of Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, implement, and report on the Continuous Improvement program, aligning with the objectives and priorities set by the Site Director.
  • Lead initiatives and projects aimed at Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
  • Ensure that all improvement procedures are executed and documented in strict adherence to cGMP and SHE Centrient standards, as well as site SOPs and Corporate Compliance Policies.
  • Prepare an annual improvement program.
  • Coach, develop, and train the Centrient Pharmaceuticals Spain team on Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of improvement within the organization.
  • Coordinate the Improvement Ideas Tool (IDM).
  • Maintain the quality and currency of technical documentation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
  • At least one year of experience in Continuous Improvement.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including organization, troubleshooting, trustworthiness, and ethics.
  • An adaptable, self-motivated, and inquisitive mindset.
  • High learning agility.
  • Project Management capabilities.
