The Product Development Engineer will play a key role in designing and developing hydraulic valves for the sanitary faucet industry. This involves creating technical solutions that meet product and industrial requirements, while optimizing production costs, manufacturing ease, quality, reliability, and functionality.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the technical aspects of pre-design and design phases to create technical solutions for hydraulic valves.
- Provide necessary information to project team members to enable them to perform their activities effectively.
- Monitor the product's technological aspects.
- Participate actively in project internal meetings.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Engineer, with expertise in designing and developing mechanical assemblies, preferably with plastic injection components.
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanics.
- Proficiency in Solid Works, Cad, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Ability to travel to China regularly.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a focus on customer orientation, continuous improvement, and quality.
This is an indefinite, full-time contract.
