Position Overview
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and managing all facets of Continuous Excellence at Centrient Pharmaceuticals Spain. This includes contributing to the overall site strategy and specifically focusing on Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and report on the Continuous Improvement program in alignment with the objectives set by the Site Director.
- Lead projects and activities aimed at enhancing Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure that improvement procedures are executed and documented in strict compliance with cGMP and SHE Centrient standards, as well as site SOPs and corporate compliance policies.
- Prepare an annual improvement program.
- Coach, develop, and train the Centrient Pharmaceuticals Spain team on Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Foster a culture of improvement within the organization.
- Coordinate the Improvement Ideas Tool (IDM).
- Ensure the quality and timely updates of technical documentation.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A university degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
- At least one year of experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities characterized by organization, troubleshooting, trustworthiness, and ethics.
- An adaptable, self-motivated, and curious mindset.
- High learning agility.
- Project Management capabilities.
