About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Marketing Manager to join our team at Brainboxgroup. As an Inbound Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the organic growth of our client in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and revenue.
  • Take ownership of SEO actions and strategy, including website technical analysis, performance, and audit, as well as content strategy and optimization.
  • Identify new organic revenue opportunities outside of existing business lines to grow the active user base.
  • Define and execute content promotion tactics on social media and other channels to attract high volumes of visitors.
  • Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the media budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage the Spanish inbound marketing team, including external suppliers such as PR agencies, link-building agencies, copywriters, and brand ambassadors.
  • Set clear targets and ensure the Spanish inbound marketing team is constantly pushing themselves to grow on a hard- and soft-skill level.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, Performance, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure market goals are met.
Requirements
  • You are a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
  • Previous working experience as an Inbound Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role for at least 5 years in a growing company.
  • Strong track record of achievement, demonstrated through greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, and fast-track promotions.
  • CRM and customer journey management experience, including funnel optimization, nurturing, scoring, etc.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Initiative and growth mindset, with a bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in your team.
  • Strong analytical rigor, with the ability to quantitatively analyze and optimize inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives.
