About the Role

Virtuagym is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for managing the success of our local clients and customers in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure they receive maximum value from our solution.
  • Manage the onboarding process, training, and implementation of our platform.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product and communicate its most relevant features and functionalities to customers.
  • Act as a product champion, driving adoption and expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high renewal rates and low churn.
  • Collect and manage customer feedback, reviews, and NPS improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, managing a portfolio of customers.
  • Business fluency in Spanish and English, with an additional language (Dutch, Spanish, French) a plus.
  • Proven ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to steer projects in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proactive self-starter with a can-do mentality.
