About the Role:
As a Sales Representative at Pharmiweb, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial goals and encouraging a high-performance culture in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for running your territory, ensuring professional account planning and management of all key accounts, and implementing a professional targeting & segmentation approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead high-quality interactions with healthcare professionals by continuously keeping scientific knowledge around the product, indication, and brand sales messaging up to date.
- Consistently deliver on the value proposition for the brand through key message communication to healthcare professionals.
- Work in alignment with the Spanish Brand Plan, develop and implement a local account plan based on key data sources and local market insights.
- Collaborate closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and relevant activities to support healthcare professional needs.
- Leverage all communication channels, including digital channels, in collaboration with other functions, to achieve the best possible share of voice in the market.
- Report results and developments proactively and clearly to the Spanish leadership team.
Requirements:
- You are passionate about ensuring that the brand's objectives are met by communicating key messages to healthcare professionals, in line with good practice.
- You are committed to working in collaboration and partnership inside and outside of the business; previous experience in an alliance is highly desired.
- You are thrilled about handling multiple channels to optimize customer engagement (e.g., face-to-face, remote calls, approved emails, digital communication platforms, etc.).
- You can operate effectively in a start-up model as this is a completely new team.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or similar, preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or biology.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector.
- Ready for very frequent travel and have a driver's license.
