This role will also support payroll case management for the countries that you are managing with the local PSC team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Payroll administration and approval process, ensuring timely completion and final validation.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners to ensure smooth service transition and effective payroll operations.
- Manage Mobility cases in the region, collaborating with Mobility Vendors and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage complex cases and process escalations, ensuring complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of global Hire-to-Retire processes in the countries supported, driving process improvements and efficiency.
- Drive the adaptation of Workday and promote Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service for essential HR processes, ensuring effective change management and communication.
Requirements:
- Proven project and change management expertise, with a strong understanding of external workforce programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with External Vendors and manage third parties.
- Workday knowledge is highly desirable, with a background in shared service or GBS environments.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on effective and efficient changes to HR processes, procedures, and controls.
