Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Module Lead Engineer to join our Equipment Tower team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of equipment solutions for our Tower modules in Offshore Wind Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of equipment solutions for Tower modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Identify and mitigate potential safety risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve equipment performance and efficiency
Requirements
  • University degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience in wind power or a similar industrial context
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
