Job Summary:

Hilton Diagonal Mar is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless communication between guests and hotel staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Message Handling: Accept, deliver, and respond to guest and management messages, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Ensure all wake-up calls are delivered at the correct time, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge and Upselling: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hotel facilities and services, using up-selling techniques to promote these offerings when appropriate.
  • Emergency Response: Handle emergency calls promptly and relay comprehensive and accurate information, as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Training and Development: Attend relevant training courses to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with company brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, with knowledge of other languages an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and hotel staff.
  • IT Proficiency: Competent level of IT proficiency, with the ability to use hotel systems and software.
