- Wake-Up Calls: Ensure all wake-up calls are delivered at the correct time, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge and Upselling: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of hotel facilities and services, using up-selling techniques to promote these offerings when appropriate.
- Emergency Response: Handle emergency calls promptly and relay comprehensive and accurate information, as required.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
- Training and Development: Attend relevant training courses to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with company brand standards.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, with knowledge of other languages an advantage.
