  • Deliver regional KPIs to ensure financial results and optimize cost and margin control.
  • Coach and develop key colleagues to deliver required results.
  • Promote FMG Repair Services Limited as an employer and service provider of choice.
Requirements:
  • Resilient and highly talented customer and team-centric commercial professional.
  • Strong commercial leadership skills and experience.
  • Proven leadership expertise and a demonstrable track record of achievement in an automotive operational environment.
